The Duplex Details


The duplex is located at 286 Main ST Madison, ME 04950 on a 1/3 acre with NO shared rights of way. Madison is a lovely small town in Somerset County of 4726. A short, five-minute walk from the duplex brings you to Hannaford supermarket, Madison Junior High, Dunkin Donuts and numerous convenience stores. The Madison Boat launch is about 1.3 miles away. Skowhegan, a larger community is only a 10-15-minute drive with a hospital, Walmart, the annual State Fair and lots more! 

Each unit is completely new and beautiful!
